Customer Payment Portal

New and existing Customers setting up the portal for the first time:

1. Go to the portal by clicking the link below: (Don't forget to bookmark this page for easy access later) https://portal.selfstoragemanager.com/kiheimauiselfstorage/account/login.aspx
2. Click the "here" button to begin the online account registration process.
3. Enter your full name and email address exactly as they appear on your rental agreement.
4. Create a secure password for your online account.

 Linking Your Unit:

Once registered, you can link your storage unit to your online account for streamlined management. Here's how:

1. Select the facility name from the dropdown menu.
2. Enter your unit number without any spaces. (Example: A321)
3. Provide your gate code (numbers only). If you don't have a gate code, enter the last four digits of your primary contact phone number.

 Managing Your Account:

After linking your unit, you'll be able to:

• Update your mailing address
• Make secure online payments
• Set up automatic payments for recurring charges
• Submit a move-out notice electronically
