Set up an account by following the instructions below
New and existing Customers setting up the portal for the first time:
- Go to the portal by clicking the link below: (Don't forget to bookmark this page for easy access later) https://portal.selfstoragemanager.com/kiheimauiselfstorage/account/login.aspx
- Click the "here" button to begin the online account registration process.
- Enter your full name and email address exactly as they appear on your rental agreement.
- Create a secure password for your online account.
Linking Your Unit:
Once registered, you can link your storage unit to your online account for streamlined management. Here's how:
- Select the facility name from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your unit number without any spaces. (Example: A321)
- Provide your gate code (numbers only). If you don't have a gate code, enter the last four digits of your primary contact phone number.
Managing Your Account:
After linking your unit, you'll be able to:
- Update your mailing address
- Make secure online payments
- Set up automatic payments for recurring charges
- Submit a move-out notice electronically
